Regional agency terms, spelled out
We set out partnership terms in a clear, comparable structure, covering eligibility, minimum order quantity, regional exclusivity and the partnership process.
Long-term partnership for regional markets
We partner with security solution integrators, system integrators and regional channel resellers. Dealers handle local sales, installation guidance and after-sales response, while we provide products, technical documents and marketing support.
- Product and solution support
- Local delivery and after-sales handled by the dealer
- Regional marketing and material support

Eligibility requirements
These are the baseline requirements for regional agency applications. Assessment also considers the market conditions of your intended region.
Industry experience
Sales or engineering experience in security, access control or smart hardware.
Business credentials
A valid business licence, plus high-level engineering qualifications and project experience relevant to the region and industry.
Channel and customer resources
A stable channel network or project customer base in the target region.
Delivery and after-sales capability
Local installation guidance and after-sales response capability, able to take on technical support.
Minimum order quantity structure
Minimum order quantity is set by product line and partnership tier. The above describes the structure only; actual quantities follow the partnership plan confirmed at signing.
| Product Line | Tier | First Order | Reorder Cadence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Industry smart locks (JLP / JLN / JLK) | Authorised Dealer | As agreed in the partnership plan | Per quarterly purchase plan |
| Home smart locks (JDB / JDK) | Authorised Dealer | As agreed in the partnership plan | Per quarterly purchase plan |
Agency terms by region
Regional exclusivity is governed by the partnership agreement. The structure of the terms is outlined below.
Authorised scope
Exclusive scope is defined by country, region or province; no additional dealer of the same tier is added within the term.
Performance linked
Exclusivity is tied to annual purchase targets; if the agreed target is not met, the arrangement moves to non-exclusive.
Project registration
Cross-region projects must be registered and confirmed in advance to avoid channel conflict and duplicate quotation.
Term and renewal
Term, review metrics and renewal conditions are defined in the partnership agreement.
From application to first order
This is the standard partnership process. Timelines depend on qualification review and negotiation.
